Because we have many rack products online, delivery times can vary. For orders placed online before 2pm Monday-Thursday, if the item is in stock at one of our UK warehouses, next working day delivery is included. If the item is not in stock, one of our customer service advisors will contact you. Please note that we close for Christmas at 12 noon on Monday 22nd December 2025 at 12 noon. Orders not made before then will not be dispatched until Monday 5th January 2026.

For change of mind returns - for items ordered between 1st December 2025 and 22nd December 2025 you have until 15th January 2026 to initiate a return and until 22nd January 2026 for us to actually receive the item back from you.
